Token Usage & User Content Policy

Token Purchase & Usage

Users may purchase tokens to unlock specific features on MixBeep such as music uploads, album publishing, DJ mix sharing, and advanced analytics. Purchased tokens are tied to the user's profile and are non-transferable.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via secure third-party gateways including Paystack and Flutterwave. All transactions are processed in a safe and encrypted environment to ensure the security of your personal and financial data.

Refunds & Token Expiry

Token purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused or expired tokens. However, if you experience technical issues after a purchase, please contact support within 24 hours. Tokens currently do not expire unless otherwise stated.

User Content Policy

When you upload songs, albums, or DJ mixes to MixBeep, you confirm that you either own the rights or have permission to distribute the content. Illegal uploads or any content that violates copyright will be taken down immediately.

Prohibited Content

• Sexually explicit material or hate speech.
• Content that violates any Nigerian or international laws.
• Re-uploads of copyrighted content without proper authorization.

Content Removal & Moderation

MixBeep reserves the right to remove or suspend content that violates our policies without prior notice. Artists and uploaders will be notified when their content has been flagged or removed.
